RMS 2.0 omission/bug -- no reason code needed for changing QTYs in Matrix Quantity View!

Doh. One can change quantities of items in the Matrix Quantity View window without being asked for a reason code.

That could allow for theives to hide their tracks!

Both prompt for and require Reason Codes are selected in configuration.

I get asked for reason codes at all other times I manually change inventory numbers.
