difficulty posting RMS suggestion to Dynamics webstie

I have been able to do this in the past, but cannot now -- when I click "post my suggestion" my browser just displays:

An error occurred while sending your post

Any ideas? If I post my suggestion in this group, will it be seen by the right folks?

I'd appreciate any responses Cc'd to me so I see them soon.
