Syncronization issues

Oct 29, 2007 1 Replies

Hi, We have an issue with HQ client syncronizing with HQ server. We have 10 locations syncronizing with this HQ server and have no problems with any of the other stores. One of these locations has issues with the syncronization.

The syncronization errors are as follows:

Error -2147467259: The Database ID 6, Page (1:55010), slot 48 for LOB data type node does not exist. This is usually caused by transactions...

Error -2147467259: Connection Failure

Error -2147467259: Connection Failure

Error 3251: Object or provider is not capable of performing requested operation. (Unhandled Error, state = '9')

I have tried "Test Network Connection" for the HQ server and it successfully connects. Can see all servers and computers on the network. This seems to be an issue with HQ client, but not sure. Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks,

Brad

hi,

The error seems you are using diference collation at both data. To verify go to SO Administrator program connect to database, then click on database menu and click on change collation this will tell you what the collation you have on the server the server and database collation. go and do it with the store which is working fine and check there collation. if not same then you have to change the collation at the wrong or error one server/store.

Check the same at HQ and try to find the collation. If still problem is same let me know I will try to find other issues.
