whenever a supervisor has to do an over ride on the pos, the user id and password has to be entered. how do i hide the user name like the password to minimize cashiers memorizing it?
can anyone help.

Dexter, Unfortunately you cannot, but I could offer you an alternative if you are interested. We have created an add-in for RMS that will allow cashiers to log into Manager, POS and the Time Clock with finger prints. We call this RITE Biometrics. With this you can then create really complex passwords that your users do not have to memorize further securing your system. If this is not exactly up your alley, get in touch with us anyways, we may be able to help you with your needs.
