We are currently on RMS 1.3, upgrading to 1.3R next week. I knew of 1 hotfix, but when I check, I see about 5 (1.3.1002, .1003, .1004, .1005 and .1006).
Does anyone know if we need to install each as individual, or can we just install the .1006 and it will cover the previous hotfixes?

only need to install the latest hotfix as all hotfixes are cumulative.

If you don't have access to CustomerSource and are not on the RMS Maintenance plan, then your reseller can't and shouldn't help you either! Otherwise they are in violation of their MS reseller agreement for handing out updates to non-Maintenance plan customers and may/should lose their ability to resell RMS.
The hotfixes are for Maintenance Plan customers only.
Maybe you ought to get your 29 store operation into compliance.
