how to delete the unwanted data (item) in proper way to free up some space ?



How to delete historical data based on date ? like before April1, 2006--> to free up some space..



Or any ways to reduce the size of my database without affecting the performance ot the system ?


any help will do.

I suggest that you use the Retail Realm Archive Utility that will take old data to a new database and deletes and shrinks the base data.
