Just wondering if it is possible to get the OPOS driver or RMS to pause for a few seconds between printing receipts so you can tear off the docket?

Usually you just let the autocutter make that cut for you.
Now, if you are not printing on an autocut machine you need to play with the XML code a little bit. Your Microsoft Partner should be able to help you with this. Contact the partner from whom you purchased RMS.
