I am new to RMS and have just completed the upgrade from Quicksell. Everything has gone smoothly except for successfully modifying the receipt templates. I am having multiple issues regarding too much space between duplicate receipts and the last line of the footer printing on the first line of the header on the next receipt. I'm picking up tips here and there online regarding modifying receipt templates but does anyone know where a general and complete guide to modifying receipts is located? Thx for any suggestions you can throw my way.
