a)Is it possible to delete the centrally maintain data for Items only ? b) How to install a new POS register ? c) What makes the POS offline with Store Operation?

Ramzey,

A) No, mark it inactive instead.

B) Anna got that one for you.

C) Network errors are the most common. Bad or dirty NIC, cable, connectors. Loss of power, should have a battery backup at each machine and make sure to have the router/switch/hub/modem on the battery too.

For Question a) If these items are inactive.. can i use the itemlookup code for another item that is active?

No. All info is still retained to that ILC (alias, ILC, supplier's re-order #) too!
