Everyone, I am having a very hard time finding information on installation & configuration of the i6550. Has anyone out there been able to make this work and be willing to share their documentation and/or procedures? I follwed the KB article 935588 but all I get is a blank screen once the device boots.
I would immensely appreciate any detailed documentation/information that I can get my hands on.

Hi we had some help installling this and I can remember most of it. Did you install the Ingenico setup program? Please send me a private email and I might be able to help.
Also - the software the interface is very primitive. There is no where on the Ingenico screen that says "Your total is.." or "please choose debit or credit" - or basically what you are used to seeing at places like Home Depot or Target. We had to buy some add on software to gain these features that works ok. The developers for the add on have tried very hard to make it work even better but are limited by what RMS lets them do with the software. But overall we are happy with the setup.

Have you tried to contact the customer support team? I have used them many times and they are very helpful. They have different levels of support members to help even the most complicated questions and problems regarding their POS Software.
