I am trying to set up my quickbooks with RMS. I am in the Operations manger and have open quickbooks and logged in. When I press the 'Retrieve' button I get an error message: Could Not Connect to QB Error Details: An internal QB error occurred while trying to access the QB company data file.
Also, when I am in quickbooks, and go to the integration section, RMS is not seen at all.
Make sure you are logged in as the administrator in quickbooks when you try to connect. Did you go in quickbooks to prefrences-
connections?
Double check in store ops under file->configuration->accounting that you have the exact file location of the qb file you are trying to connect to and the correct drop down for quickbooks 2003.
