Item Sale Dates!

I had a weekend sale, however the system didn't seem to capture the time of day that the sale will end which was supposed to be "12:00 AM". However the SaleEndDate field is showing todays date and the items are still ringing up at the POS as On Sale.

Does anyone know which field in the HQ ITEM table to change to end an existing sale. Do you need to change the "SaleEndDate" field to previous day or "SaleType" field to 0.

SaleStartdate 27/11/2006 SaleEndDate 02/27/2007

the system will detect the period of value based on the date you have specified. So, if your SaleEndDate ends on 02/27/2007. It will ringup the saleprice till that date but will revert back to its original price on

02/28/2007.

In short, just change the SaleEndDate on the previous date to revert it back to its original price.

So does that mean that when creating the 301 worksheet in HQ, that when you click the browse button to specify end date and time, the time is simply ignored?

Effective date /time is for the worksheet . When will be the store be able to process /download that worksheet it doesn't concern with item sales start date and end date. You have to specify separately !

It simply means the availablity of the Worksheet 301 to be download shop based on the specified date/time.
