Items "on order"

I have items that have inventory "on order", but there are no outstanding purchase orders in the system. This is on RMS v1.2. It is affecting my purchase orders, because it adds the quantity "on order" to the in-stock levels. I am an independent retailer and am not on customersource. How can I get those "on order" quantities out of there?

My reseller just parted ways with their one tech who knew anything about RMS without telling us, so they are useless. Thanks.

Check to see if there are any open or partial transfers.
