Logic Control Poll Display

I have Logic Contraol Poll Display (LD9900) with serial Port. I am using OPOS Driver and it is pass through very well. I am seeing LCD Test and did test from command prompt and it is working fine. When I am opeing POS it give me error # 941 - "Poll Dispaly OPOS Driver is missing - you want to continunu - Yes or No" - I am using RMS Ver 2.0 with service pack 1. I have



5 registers and I am getting problem in 4th register. Same display works fine in other register.

Need help.

  1. check opos device name (lc-pc) and Makesure you have same opos device name under the register list.
  2. If you still get error 941 go to My computar/property/hardware/device manger/ Under the com & port verify the com number for LC-PCand makesure You are using same com on opos. then check other serial port devices like pin pad, touch sceen ect. Makesure You are not using same com number for other devices. Com1 for lc-pc, com2 pin pad, com3 touch screen.
