I am looking for an option in RMS to have below Promotion during certain period Sale Promotion The Promotion will be Free Shopping Bonanza for every 20th invoice (or) Customer in the store That means when the customer comes to the counter and if according to system if its 20th invoice than he will not pay anything system should Trace this automatically by itself, no human intervention. Hope I am clear to you

This is not possible via standard RMS - you will need some sort of add-on to give that function.
I know of several Promo add-ons, but none with that feature - I'm sure there will be people on here who can help though!
