732 548-6300Check the Knowledge Base on Partner Source (or ask your Reselelr to do so). There is an article that provides instructions for fixing this. It's got some fairly involved SQL - not for the faint of heart. Make sure you backup your DB first!
The problem is caused when tender types are deleted, leaving blanks in the table. The touchscreen does something goofy that expects the tender IDs to be in order and sequential. It's one of the oddest behaviors I've ever seen...

I did follow the information and it works fine. I am going to create sql script for future purpose. Thanks again
