I have spent many a lonlet night reading the RMS User's Guide.... but I need a "training manual" of such. I have seen all the online courses and classes you can take, but is there a good book that anyone can recommend?

There isn't any other training material besides the User's Guide, Quick Start Guide and the online eCourse. Your best bet is to have your Certified RMS Partner to help you get up to speed. Some of them provide training classes as well.

I would recommend the RMS Courseware books for Store Operations #8336A, and Headquarters #8335A. The books are about $100 each however you may be able to find them online if you look in the right place. The online courses are good for the practice tests if you are interested in taking the certification exams. If you are not interested in the certifications all the information in the courses are in the RMS Help Files that you can download from CustomerSource or PartnerSource for free. If you are a MSFT Partner the Implemenation Guide is an great source of information but is not meant for end users. I hope this helps.
