Hello Friends I having problem with my credit card process. I change the OS to Vista from XP for my RMS system. After I change the POS system, I was not able to read some type of credit card. When I swipe the card, card number and expirate date in the process window seems OK but it gives error mesaage of 'Re enter'. I works if I type the number and expiration number in to process window. Did anyone had this kind of problelm? If you did, How did you resolv it? Please be advised. Thank you.

Reader Drivers? You went from a reliable OS to a PITA OS.
Try swiping a card in notepad and see what you get. It should give you both tracks of information.
Have you tried to contact the customer support team? I have used them many times and they are very helpful. They have different levels of support members to help even the most complicated questions and problems regarding their POS Software.
