One of my clients is having issues, similar in nature, invovling Matrix items in HQ.
When they updated the supplier information in HQ and ran the worksheet for it the change happened to the component items, that make up the matrix and not the matrix itself, Store Operations. This also happens with performing a price change. Only the component items that are part of the Matrix update but not the Matrix itself, in Store Operations.
They are running RMS version 2.0.0116 in HQ and the 2 stores. Please let me know if this issues is addressed with a later hotfix or just a bug with RMS.
