scanner and pole display

ok...I am now onto the next step... scanner....symbol LS2208 I installed driver and I scanned the bar code for installation..I have no idea where it is and what the name of it is??? so it keeps telling me that I dont have scanner installed but I know it is installed in the computer..



Second..pole display...I have an epson dm-110-111 pole display. when I created the message and put it in the database register it looks like symbols on pole display..what am I doing wrong? I know I am almsot done and soo close but yet I feel soo far away and would like to just cpmplete this..thanks for ur help


ok I will type this again...I have a scanner its a symbol LS2208..I have installed thr drivers and I also scanned the right are for it to be in here but I have no idea where I am suppose to point it too..I just called it scanner and when I start up manager it says no scanner installed???? any ideas..

also the pole display ..do I need drivers for that and if so I have searched all morning for the drivers and I cannot find them

its a epson DM-D110-111 dark grey pole display...anyways I have created a message to put ojn display it it comes up with symbols..please tell me what I am doing wrong..

ok I fixed my own problem with the scanner...woohooo....the pole display is still giving me a problem

You may have to use OPOS drivers for the pole display.

if you really want to installed OPOS driver.

1) Make sure you installed CCO 2) Make sure you installed OPOS Driver 3) Make sure program your scanner to "IBM Hand Held USB". under LS2208 quick start quide.

however, MS POS 2.0 dose not required you to > ok...I am now onto the next step...
