I HAVE METROLOGIC MS2420, ON THE MANCHINE IT SAYS 13, ERROR 13. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. BECAUSE MY SCALE DOES NOT WORK. I NEED HELP ASAP.

We use these scanners in our gourmet market. We see the error 13 a lot. Try the following: Unplug the power from the scanner then restart the computer. Plug the scanner back in then start the RMS register. That usually fixes it. The error is something to do with the scanning.
