We have had great success with them, we rent them out to our clients. The use them for a day or two then return them. The then take there text files and import them directly into a Physical Inventory Count. But I think the best idea I have ever heard is to take a laptop with a wireless connection and a barcode scanner install the RMS software place the scanner on a trolly and run it around your store with a Physical Inventory Count sheet open. You can pick up a bare bones laptop for cheap, especially this week and use your existing scanner from one of your POS stations.

Rob, How do you set up the Physical Inventory Count sheet? I have been trying to figure out how you get set up to do physical inventory. I have the laptop and was going to try to do the inventory with it.

SO Manager --> Inventory menu --> Physical Inventory You can create a count sheet based on entire store, department, category or suppliers.
