Minor report format changes?

One customer wants to show AM/PM times rather than military time in their time clock reports and any other report showing time. Can this be done? Also, we have another customer who views their inventory report daily and would like to show consolidated quantities, rather than show multiple instances of the same item on the same report. Can this be done? Thanks for any advice.
