Navision integration with RMS...

Aug 30, 2005 4 Replies

I have a prospective client who is currently running Navision ver 4.0. He is looking to purchase RMS from us. What I would like to find out is how well Navision and RMS integrate as they sit right now. Has anybody developed some reasonably simple yet inexpensive integration tools?

This can't be that hard I'm thinking as RMS is bult on an SQL database, so there must be something out there. I already know of RMSync and this is too high end and expensive for him, as he is a 1 store location with only 2 tills.

I work on Navision 3.7 in a new company.. and the integration available are only through dataport.. which data your customer need to integrate in navision/rms? Items, customers? suppliers? sales? PO .. and?

Navision run also on SQL server, but the integration must be do only with dataport...
