.netframework 2.0

I am currently running RMS 1.3 Refresh and going to install Card Vault, the free version. Currently running .net Framework 1.1, but Card Vault seems to net 2.0. Any issues with RMS 1.3R and .Netframework 2.0?

I've had it on mine since the system was installed with no issues.
