Our customers are not allowed to exchange or return any item within one category. Is there a way to prevent cashiers from accidentally exchanging/returning these items (within this category)?
I would be nice to have a "reversed" "Block Sales after/during this Date(s)" which only lets you return items but will not let you sell these items. Or better yet an extra option in the item options tab that would let you check the "Not allowed to return/exchange" option.
Any suggestions?
