Hi, I am running RMS in retail market and want my cashiers to scan all the items currently they scan one item and in quantity filed they enter it's quantity when customer buy same item more then one, I want to disable this option can any body help me I realy need to solve this problem, thankx in advance.

In Microsoft RMS Manager go to Item. Then access the option Tab. Set with a tick mark "Quantity Entry at POS not allowed". This is a function that is Item By item.
2) Solution two Use the security feature and make the quantity column "Diable Chnage" for the cashiers in that security group [manager can still enter quantities if you allow him/her].
