When attempting to print using Store Manager. The quantities I am selecting are not printing correctly. This is happening with different label templates.
If I choose 100 it may print 120. If I choose 10 it may print 14...
any suggestions would be appreciated.

What kind of printer, what driver and the stock or customized label template are you using?

The printer is an I-Class model 4208. There is an individual printer added for each of the labels they are using and a stock added for each of the labels also.
This works fine on other installations. It is just on this one it seems to be happening. It happens using any label template.

Maybe a newer/older BIOS on this printer? Newer/older printer driver?
