If you are talking about RMS, this can be done through the manager with security options. Best of luck.

It's not an option. There is a security system built into RMS that allows you to restrict access to virtually any control in either SO Manager or POS. If you click the blank button next to the "F7" button, a padlok icon will appear on it. Then press Ctrl-S and you will be in security mode. Click the quantity column and a dialog box will appear that will let you set certain security levels as "Cannot View" or "Cannot Change".
