Outlook Integration

I have a client who would like to push the customer vitals (address, etc.) for a scheduled delivery into Outlook. Is this possible? Also, I have read that putting a shortcut to Outlook in the RMS Add-in folder will allow Outlook to be launched from RMS. Will this work in POS as well?
