How do i get Outlook to talk to RMS?
I'd like to be able to view RMS customer contact data in Outlook, so I can use Outlook features with the RMS customer data; e.g. create tasks in Outlook that are tagged to a customer, send e-mails to a customer, create Outlook journals that are tagged to a customer, etc.
How do I do this?
Sorry to break in on thread...I am new here and cannot figure out how to open new thread.
QUESTION: Is it possible to cut and paste a list of contacts from the addressbook into a new distribution list without havoing to inserty them individually? It is possible in Outlook Express but strangely I cannot do that in Outloook.
QUESTION 2: How do I send to my entire addressbook in one go? I have a large facility with my business ISP but cannot find howe to do that.
