Sending bills through my outlook?

I'd like to send invoices through my outlook. When I click on send an invoice in Quickbooks, it sends it through quickbooks site as far as I know which might cause my clients not to receive my e-mails if there spam blocker checks the origination domain which would be quickbooks and not my domain even though it has my reply address.

I verified and it was sent through sdm1.quickbooks.net - some of my clients have spam blockers so that e-mails must come from the same domain as the sender's e-mail address. So if I claim I'm snipped-for-privacy@microsoft.com but my sending mail servers address is fakedeals.com it would be blocked.

Right, that's why many of us have chosen to use an external PDF generator to print to and then attach the resultant PDF file as an attachment. My personal preference is WIN2PDF, others like CutePDF. I never like to use something that is under Intuits control, for a variety of reasons.

Thanks - I appreciate your help. I'm pretty dissappointed in Intuit - no reflection on your assistance, I appreciate the help.

I'm starting to think Intuit really didn't think too many things through - just about every time I ask a question - I get a response like - OH just use excel and then import it or just save it and then use excel to modify it or Outlook to send it. I can just imagine if MS said to send an e-mail with bold or underline just create the document in Word and then save the document then mail it in outlook.

I can see why - this product if full of holes from what I've seen so far. I think that when the MS small business program comes out I'll jump ship fast!
