Some Quicken windows are not resizeable (at least not directly); invoice forms are in that group. You can try moving some of the invoice form fields or changing the font sizes of the invoice form, which might allow it to fit in a smaller window - I have not tested this.

I have a 17" laptop screen set to a resolution of 1280 x 1024 and all my Quicken windows (including invoices) fit comfortably on the screen (Q2011 RPM R4 U.S and Q2010 RPM R10 U.S. - Windows XP Pro SP3). My Q2011 invoice forms are a bit bigger than the 2010 forms, but not by a lot. My Q2010 customer invoice form is 6 1/2" x 5" - my Q2011 customer invoice form is 6

Until you/Intuit can get the form smaller, you can use your keyboard in place of your mouse to achieve most of what the "missing" buttons do.

To cancel or close the invoice form, key ALT+F4. To click "Save and Done", key ALT+S. To click "Save and New", key ALT+V. If you can't see the buttons on the row above the bottom row: To click "Receive Pmt", key ALT+R. To click "Payment History", key ALT+H. To click "Expenses", key ALT+E. To click "Email/Send to Clipboard", key ALT+B. [I don't believe the letters are case sensitive.]

There seems to have been a change to the way some Quicken windows are handled in Q2011, and I think Intuit is aware of the difference, but I haven't heard of any inention to change it (which doesn't mean it won't change - even as soon as the next release, just that they haven't said anything).

I can't find a way to change the fonts. How do I go about doing this?

Pretty much the same setup here except it's a desktop, not a laptop.

In the column on the left, the last choice is "Set Fonts".

Thanks. I looked all over & couldn't find it. I'll let you know how it goes.
