Please Help... Request Settlement Date/Time

Sep 18, 2006 4 Replies

Hi,

I have a location that is claming their system is "broken" because on a daily basis I send out a report detailing unsettled EDC Batches. They were on the list, and swear it was settled. Note: this report is sent only after ensuring all connections are established and that a 401 has successfully processed.

They recd the report, they are not happy about it.

I have run a query against them to try to identify the exact settlement date/time, but it is not listed. I can see where it should go, but it is blank. The query I am using is as follows. 'x' represents the EDC Batch number.

SELECT * FROM VisaNetAuthorization WHERE VisaNetBatchId = 'x'

Any help is greatly appreciated as we are nearing WWIII here.

Date settled.

After all of our Technical Errors I have seeming unlimited settlement reports, just not this one.

Question: Shouldn't the query I ran have responded with the SettlementDate...? That was a blank field. It was so weird. I will go with yours.

Thank you kindly Jeff!

Jocelyn,

Blank field/column meant it wasn't settled.

Blank screen meant wrong VisaNetBatchID.

Thank you Jeff. It was just a blank column. In sum: I win.

Thank you once again!!!
