Customer Name from Credit Card in Settlement Report

We just started using the integrated credit card processing in RMS. We had been using ICVerify from within RMS. By this I mean we told RMS we had ICVerify and it passed all cc transactions to ICV for processing. Now of course we have told RMS to use integrated cc processing. From a POS point of view, nothing has changed. We get the same prompt for swiping the cc, use the same card swipe as we did before, and print same receipts as we did before - it's just a little quicker now.

One main difference now of course is in settling. I don't have any problems with the process, just the info printed on the settlement report. With ICVerify, it at least printed the name on the credit card as picked up in swiping the card. On the RMS settlement report, I don't see that info. In fact, I don't even see it captured in the "VisaNetAuthorization" or "TenderEntry" tables. (I defined my store ops database as an ODBC data source and imported the tables into Excel.). We have used this data more than once to contact one of our customers. I can modify the EDC report, but I need to know where the data is.

Since I have not changed equipment in any fashion and what appears on screen/receipt has changed I would expect to see this data. I am running RMS 1.3 refresh. Any ideas would be appreciated.
