ICVERIFY 4.02 - RMS v1.0 - certain VISA declines

I'm hoping someone has some insight into a problem our gift shop is having after an upgrade to ICVERIFY:

We recently removed our old ICVerify 2.x software and installed ICVERIFY

4.02 as part of an upgrade from a new bank processing partner. Aboslutely nothing changed with our card swipers, setup in RMS etc. Only thing that changed is ICVERIFY version.

95% of credit card processes work fine, including VISA/MC/AMEX. However we are now getting a lot of "approved" transactions in ICVERIFY, but in Microsoft POS, they are being "Declined".

It is only certain cards, as we can keep swiping the same card and get the same result, or manual punch in the #'s. It is only certain VISA cards, as others work fine. Looking at the report I don;t see a distinquished pattern in the card #'s or anything.

ICVERIFY support has no answer, and the cards are approved through ICVERIFY anyways, but the EDC to the Microsoft RMS is seeing them as "declined".

Any hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Happy New Year!
