Go with APC, who is unlikely to go out of the UPS biz any time soon. I had a bunch of Belkin UPS units that needed new batteries. Boy was I surprised to find out they exited the UPS business. I was quite irritated that they would not help me at all. Nonetheless, I was able to find a replacement, but it was not pleasant.
