POS problem when giving change

Hi folks,

One of our customers is experiencing a problem with their Point of Sale (Running in an HQ Environment)

What they are saying is that the POS doesn;t always give the change against the correct tender type. So if they were paying by cash, sometimes it tries to give change against the credit card.

Has anyone seen this before or know where it is going wrong?
