How do we configure Microsoft POS to not print a receipt after every sale, but allow us to reprint the last sale's(or past sale's) receipt? We have a gift store that does most of their business in transactions that don't need a receipt, but sometimes a customer will ask for one, and they need to be able to provide one. RMS will do this.

Go to Store Operations Manager \ Database \ Register List. Click the specific register and go to Receipt Printer tab. Here you can select "Do not print receipts". Make sure though to mark the "Journal Receipts from this printer".
