Our POS froze the screen was restarted and for some reason the user name and password entry box was in the upper left hand corner of the screen and once logged in the POS screen is invisible. We can still scan in items but we can not see what we are doing. We are in the middle of a huge holiday with no POS screen to work from. Help. We have restarted the company 5 times and no change. We can access the Manager with no problem.
