Can you explain what you mean by 'post' in this case?
If you just want to prevent a receipt from printing for Cancelled Transactions, you can go to the receipt format and clear the template selection for Cancelled Transactioons.
Great, I will try that. I assumed when it was printing the receipt, it was posting it to the database. I just don't want it to waste paper. Thanks!
Well, you're right, cancelled transactions are being posted to the database. You can't stop the database posting, but you can get the printouts to stop:)
