Problems In production Server

Hi I Use to have a Rms server for testing reason. I following the instruction for remove it and now when i try to do it production server It gives this error No tiene permiso para subinscribirse en el servidor raíz 'http://X/_wmcs/Certification/SubEnrollService.asmx'. Póngase en contacto con el administrador del sistema. The problem is that I cant join Service Connection Point, but in my Active Directory is nothing about this, everything is deleted. I replicate all dc controllers and there is nothing about rms Could somebody help my
