RMS Needs a



1-Purge utilities to clean history ( old invoces,old or abandoned items,old trx ...etc).
2-mechanism to distripute sold serials to all stores (that many times customers will return the item in a defirente store ).
3-uploading supplier information from stores to HQ according to POs receiving.
4-improvment for item find in POS ( like filtering table in acces 2007).
5-customer loyality process.

Most of what you are asking is available as Add-ins

1- RR Archiving Utility available 2- Not a good idea as this will grow the database in all stores and will bog down the communication. Better idea is to bring all sold data to HQ (where it is anyway) and give a view from store to verify a receipt or a SN from Store (cstom POS Button) looking into HQ database and reporting back (Not available but a small development) 3- Great idea - we do this with Customer already as part of store Utility we can add supplier info in the same logic (requires development) 4- Filtering on look up already in the Store Utility 5- RR Custmer Loyalty add-ins.
