I'm using QSI import pretty successfully to set up my db. However, I have three small issues. First, my file (and the zip download) help file isn't populated. Second, in the item import, for barcode format I want to populate UPCA, however, when I put that in my file, the import doesn't populate that. The item master still shows "none". And, third, for whatever reason, the import won't take the quantity. Is there a trick to this. Everything else is going in great!

Hi there...if you'd like to send me a sample of your import file (excel .csv or whatever) I'll be happy to check it out and let you know what's going on for each of the issues you mentioned...my email is snipped-for-privacy@pacbell.net
