Qty update

I had carton in stock and My cashier made mistake and He sold twice and He kept one receit for me to void the transaction. When I check the inventory I was -1 carton and I voided the transaction about three hour later. Now I should ahve 0qty But It is still showing minus 1(-1) Looks like when return qty do not update.
