Is there a way to print the original order quantity and the actual shipped quantity, but not have RMS keep track of the backorder after the sale is tendered? For example, a work order is created for 10 units. We only have 8 in stock. The sale would be tendered and the receipt would show Ordered 10, Shipped 8. I would prefer not to have an open order for 2 items.
I could not figure out a way to catch that "10" to be able to print it on the receipt.
