My restaurant is currently still running quicksell2000 and we cannot get the scanner nor the cash drawer to open. In addition, the pole display says "register closed" and no matter what settings we try to change, nothing happens. I realize this program is slightly outdated, but if anyone knows anything about this, I'd appreciate your help! thanks!
