Reciept - LOB data (79268)

Error : Length of LOB data (79268) to be replicated exceeds configured maximum 65536.



The above error appears in a msgbox when I reattach a customized xml file downloaded from Customersource for the reciept. This occurs even if I just make a minor modification of font style change to times new roman in the xml file, is there a problem with POS accepting a customization here.



My main problem is getting a long line them show on a double-line instead of getting truncated.



I am pretty stranded so I hope an MVP can reply asap on why i get this error. thanks Rick

Hi Jeff,

After attaching the file on clicking ok I get the same Error : Length of LOB data (79268) to be replicated exceeds configured maximum 65536, this is after I did all that was there on the CustomerSource link, I tried using the original reciept file but still the same error persists. I haven't a clue why this may be happening... basically any change on reattaching generates this error.
