Reconciling Customers in HQ and SO

I've gone through and removed the duplicate entries from my StoreOps customer table. I now have 12374 unique global customers in StoreOps and 13324 unique customers in HQ. How to I get the difference (about

950 customer) to download into StoreOps from HQ?

Global customers update via a Worksheet 401. They should just move, unless there is some other details going on with them.

you may need to update the lastupdated field of all those customers that are not in the store to today's date so that the 401 would transmit them to all stores. This can be done either by enterringinto each one and press OK to update. Or by doing a mass SQL update. In the latter it is more difficult to select one at a time. Easier just to update all customers last updated date and send them to all stores.

It would seem that the GLOBALCUSTOMER field in some of the customer records is not set - hence why some of the customer records don't filter up to HQ or down to SO. Use a SQL statement to set the field correctly. Then, the next time a 401 is run you will be insynch.
