Does anyone have / know of a list of the "hooks" in Store Operations when dealing with reports? I am trying to customize a report with the information that I want in it, however I do not know/can't find a list of the table names etc..

No, is unavailable hooks for report.. you can add a custom report with your information..

I appreciate that, however, I know there is a way to at least customize the items that you want to search the database by.
My problem is that I need to be able to run a detailed sales report that can search by the Item.Sub1 field. Only reason that I am persistent is that I have a company that I can buy this from, but if I can just mess with a report file to have it do what I want, I'd rather do it that way..

You can add the Item.Sub1 to all sales report.. it's easy. A customer use Item.SubDescription1 to identity the item (it's the internal code) and He have all reports with field subdescription1..
